Refund Policy

We have formed this billing and refund policy to enable our customers to be better aware of how and when we process a refund back to them.

We can provide a refund back to a customer in these scenarios as described below in this page. You are requested to go through this policy thoroughly before paying for hiring or any kind of car rental via us.

Token Money not Refundable

We will provide 100% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 30 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.

We will provide 70% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 15 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.

We will provide 50% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 7 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.

We will provide 30% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 4 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.

We will not be able to provide a refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 48 hours of the booking / pickup date. This is because any pre-booking amount we receive is already forwarded to the concerned cab – 2 days before the booking or pickup time.

Kindly note that we will be able to refund upto 50% if you have made a booking during the peak rush season between February to April. This is to compensate any losses faced by us during the event of your sudden cancellation.

By making a payment to us you automatically agree to this policy as mentioned and set by us herein in this page above.
