Our driver : Gyasi is a soft spoken person. He drives car smoothly & knows the roads of hills like the back of his hand.

Excellent Driving & Reliability
We completed an 8-day Meghalaya  Family trip with Mr. Haider as our driver. He is an exceptionally skilled, non-smoking driver who stays completely focused and composed. Though he is bit distant and serious, his control behind the wheel is outstanding. His driving skills were truly impressive, especially during night travel and while navigating tough mountain terrains, pothole-filled stretches, and active construction zones with ongoing hill-cutting and excavation. He drove with utmost care and confidence, maintaining steady speed, making us feel completely safe and secure.
​My only critique is that despite requesting and being promised a newer model vehicle, we were assigned an older one. Matching the vehicle to the customer’s request would greatly enhance the experience.
Overall, the service was good, and driver deserves special appreciation for his excellent driving skills. Thank you for a safe and memorable trip🚕🏔️.With a newer vehicle that meets the customer’s requirements, this would have been an excellent experience.

We booked Shillong Travel Taxi for a 6-day Meghalaya trip from 21 to 26 October, with pickup and drop at Shillong Airport (Umroi). Our driver, Mr. Sahar, made the whole trip comfortable and stress-free.
He is a very nice, polite person and an excellent driver. Meghalaya's roads are full of steep climbs and sharp turns, but he had very good control of the car throughout, and we always felt safe. We covered Umiam Lake, Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, Laitlum and Shillong with him, and every day went smoothly.
