Itinerary

Your beautiful journey will start at Guwahati. Our travel executive will pick you up from the Guwahati airport/Railway station. We will directly take you the the Scottland of East Meghalaya. We will drive through the green hills of the land. We will stop at Umiam lake for a tea break and will do some water sports activities in the lake. Finally we will reach Shillong the rock capital. Over night stay at Shillong city hotel.

We will start our journey early in the morning and head towards Cherrapunjee, the wettest land on the earth. We will be visiting Nohkalikai falls, Elephant falls, Mawsmai cave, Seven sisters falls, Eco park. The best part of the day will be the sunset in the hills where you will get the opportunity to have your evening tea at the mountain top with a view of setting sun . Over night stay will be at Cherrapunjee

Start with what is known as Asia’s cleanest village, Mawlynnong. The drive is a beautiful one so, sit back and relax but don’t get too relaxed to not take a break or two on the way, just to soak in the beauty around. Perched atop a bunch of hills, the village sits right at the frontier between India and Bangladesh. Walk up the sky bridge to have a look at the Bangladesh plains below. Check in to a very simple but nice village homestay in Mawlynnong for the night and have your dinner there. No option of eating out today. Also, on your way, stop by the village of Riwai and visit the Living Root Bridge there.

Wake – up early and take a stroll around the village. Explore its hundred-year-old church, and the narrow lanes of the village, and learn about how the village is kept spotlessly clean by watching the villagers, kids to oldies, playing their part in keeping the village clean. Post breakfast, head back to Shillong. Check-in to your Khasi homestay.

We will start our journey from Cherrapunjee to Dawki in the morning. You will witness the beautiful roads and the mountains of the land and hundreds of waterfalls coming down from the Hills. We will do boating in the Asia’s cleanest river umngot and we will visit the Indo Bangladesh border. We will back to Shillong in the evening and over night stay will be at Shillong .

A beautiful morning sunrise will be waiting for you at the mountain cliff. So our last day begin from Shillong in the morning. We will do some sightseeing at Shillong and head towards the world heritage site Kaziranga which is situated in Assam . We will reach Kaziranga in the evening through the lush green valleys of the east. We will take rest for some time and we will go to watch the beautiful cultural evening at the orchid bio diversity park. Over night stay at Kaziranga.

Our day will begin early in the morning we will go for elephant safari in the western range of Kaziranga national park. Safari will be for 2 hours after that we will have our breakfast and will visit orchid garden and will go for Jeep safari in the evening. Over night stay at Kaziranga

On the last day our trip, we will start our journey from Kaziranga to Guwahati and we will do some local sightseeing in Guwahati like Kamakhya, Kalakhetra, Umananda Temple etc. Our journey will end at the airport or railway station with tons of beautiful memories for you.
